Usually, if you want to run a Unity game, then you need to enable the exe in the folder with all the materials. If you try to open an exe without a folder, it will not start :(

Maybe you should try reloading the build?

It's hard to believe that such a cool game was made in 3 days, very cool! Wonderful visuals, music, storyline and cool mini-games. Honestly, at the end I even burst into tears. A very touching and sweet story.
