I hit this too, I think it's a default setting for 2020.x - turn off Compression in Unity Project Settings/Player/Publishing Settings.
Thank you so so much! Yes I was rushing unfortunately when I submitted, working on a big uni project. However it is up now, just a concept / starting point of what it will become.
Thank you for sending this error. The game should be up now, even though it is just a skeleton of what it will someday be.
