Fun

It was alright. I think having to multi hit enemies was frustrating, especially when the attack mechanic was so rough. Otherwise it seems like a barebones platformer with a possesion twist.

Aesthetics

Decent. Reminds me of pre-2010 flash games.  All art seems to fit a theme. The opening cinematic is a nice touch. Quite a few typos but they didn't impact the game too much. The GUI elements don't look great, but you have gui which is an improvement over a lot of other submissions.

Music

Good. Music is more prevalent during the starting cutscene.  Could see this in a finished product.

Sound

Decent.  Sound matches the game but they feel cheap. It is a game jam, so I can't complain.

Mechanics

Running and jumping feels clunky. Combat feels very bad.  I dislike how getting hit and hitting an enemy feel almost identical, and hitting an enemy feels like I'm the one getting hit.

The possession mechanic works well. I like it, and it makes for some interesting situations.

Story

I like the opening cinematic. Although it is a bit weird that you leave the original knight and possess other bodies.

Theme

Possession mechanic is present throughout the game and fits well with death is only the beginning.

The game art all follows a single style and works with the music.  Good work.
