Ridiculous, stupid and so satisfying. I might even download the source to see how you did those blood splatters.
A score and timer UI would be nice, as well as spawning more people to eat.
And for such a small simple, game - too much intro. At first I didn't even realise I hadn't gotten to the game and wasn't dead yet
