Very fun from the get go !

I like the simplicity where you just put a bit of text explanation on how to play control wise and bam straight to the action ! The controls themselves are real solid too so it feels nice to move around dodging enemies.

Small issue i have though is that the evolution system seems a bit unclear, i suppose the icons were arm = shot strength, eye = enemy detection range, and no idea what the brain icon upgrades. touching any enemy seemed like a game over so i don't know if you're suppose to let certain level ones get you to evolve ?

But despite that bit of confusion, the game is fun, The visuals are really good, and i really like the music !

Well done :)

Thanks for the feedback.  I really appreciate it.  The brain increases the rate of fire.  Not very intuitive i know :(  I did put a line about it in the text though.  I had to scale back on the upgrades I wanted to include because of time.  When a sperm touches the egg is it game over.  The sperms viability/evolution rating/quality increases over time.  When you get a sperm that 100% all the other sperms die and the egg gets the perfect mate and you win.  There is a short film to celebrate the win staring Christopher Walken, Hugh Jackman and Lady Gaga.  Its amazing :)

Oh so that's what it does :o

well makes sense in retrospect XD what else was there to upgrade in a shooting game, to be honest no wories for the icon confusion cause i don't know how firerate could be represented in this theming so a brain works just fine :p

Oh ok makes sense as well :)

Haha ! Wow then i've been missing out i don't know how you could manage to have this multi million budget for a jam game to get these celebrities in your game :p but jokes aside i do have to check out if i can manage to have a win and see the ending.

PS : Sorry to bother and ask, but i've noticed you managed to make the web version run in a sort of max size window, how did you do that ? Is it a particular setting on export in Godot or is it some option on the game page on Itch itself ?

Not a problem.  Ask away :)  This is the only thing I did

Dang it was that simple all along O_o

Thanks a lot for clearing that up :)

For the longest time i've seen this type of startup show up on web games in other jams i've participated in, and since it showed up in non Godot specific jam i assumed it was only something that people could do with Other engines XD
