So I have been playing this for a few days now and I believe I have it solved!
Except objectives 13 and 15.
The way I solved it was if the number matched the 5th letter it set that amount of lives, but also each number was associated with a color, and since the lives left did not match the eye color, it would be impossible? Or am I missing something still and it is possible?

You are absolutely right, objectives 13 & 15 are currently impossible to clear.
It's completely my fault too. I changed one of the pattern after setting up the objectives and I didn't check thoroughly enough to make sure everything still worked.
I plan to fix this issue (and a couple others) in the post-jam update.
