Seems like you already know about the soft lock, other than that I really liked the game. The art style and music was nice, but the part with the spikes was annoying cause the movement is pretty fast. So either make the gaps between the spikes bigger so there's more room for error or try to make the movement a bit less snappy so that clicking A/D doesn't immediately move you at max speed.

Other than that, great game, and I like the portal-like concept behind it, could be an awesome game if you keep polishing it/working on it.

Appreciate the feedback, yeah we try to make our own twist on it but we also struggled a bit as well. Trial and error it is.
