Thank you for playing my game. The trick is to hold down the left or right key while enemies are killed. You only earn if you are holding the correct key at the time of their death.
There is also a visual cue. Notice there are multi-colored balls in the left and right sides, they also correspond to the position of the sound. If the sound comes from the left, the left ball will fall repeatedly. Same goes with the right ball.
