Answer on why? A lot of clothes, cosmetics, tattoos, need to change to fit the body so unfortunately it would be a LOT of work... so yeah that is that.
your character can get fat, i believe it was something to do with the fairy queen? i havent gotten it myself so im not sure
Thiccness... not THICK... thiccness which implies having a Curvy booty to fit the Body.
Yes you can get a hourglass shape if you wish.
As mentioned, there's too many clothes for it to be viable, unfortunately. I am planning plus sized NPCs though!
