I've explored to that point, but when I speak to Tao, there isn't a new prompt to ask him about the island. Regardless, if the place isn't available in 0.44, I'll bide my time. Maybe I'll try opening the Country Road, but if that means interacting with Arion (I intensely dislike that character), then I don't have much of a choice.
