Bandit camp should be unlocked when you doing tracks for Bandit's camp event. (you can see in your quest logs)

First, you need to check what's happen in Bareshade, then visit Barnard and visit Logan. After you visit Logan, he will tell you where Bandit camp is and Bandit camp's icon will appear on your map.

how the heck do i find logan then i been trying to find and do to unlock it doing thinng that can unlock the events i did unlock the event from the lizard tribe but my dumb@ss cant find it sorry for the words

If you done all events there (Tutorial and Bernard's sickness), the event should be unlocked. If not, you should try to talk with all NPCs in Bareshade especially Bernard, Logan, and Harold.

do i have to restart it all please tell if yes shxt if no oh thank god wait forgot to talk to shopkeeper to un lock the sickess this is new cuz i think my game crash and it keeps kicking me out so i deleted it and download again

You can found Jester at Bandit camp during night time. But after you finished Bandit's camp event, you can found him at Bandit camp anytime.

Ummm... I somehow lost Korg don't know how I can see him I can't find him cant encounter him can someone tell me where he is

After Korg left, there still no way to bring him back in this update (0.44).
