Thanks a lot for trying it out, the maze is hard-coded yes, but with successive areas, so on easy you have to go through area 1, on medium you have to finish area 1 & area 2 which is bigger, and on Hard you have to finish area 1, area 2, and area 3 which is the biggest, I initially designed the hard maze, but thought to split it into three difficulties.
as for the sprites you are absolutely right, I had zoomed in the camera a tad too much prior to submission and did not think about it.
