Congrats on your first game jam! Nice (although a bit unusual) interpretation of the theme. I’d say the movement mechanics need some work: the player has too much inertia after stopping, collisions reduce your speed way too much making some levels too hard (when you have to jump on a platform above you by jumping to the side and quickly moving back while in the air), and jump itself is so powerful that most levels can be completed by ignoring most of the level and jumping high from a right spot. Sometimes it looks like the level doesn’t fit the screen - the player seems to appear just a few tiles below the screen bottom. Anyways, nice job!
