I request you to first go to a website named scratch, then make a project (if you do not have a acc press start creating, this will NOT require you to make an account) then press "file" in the top left corner and load from your computer. Then open the .sb3 file and press the green flag.

Sounds simple enough. Nevertheless, I’m a bit worried for your entry because of the game jam rules… I think you should ask someone from the game jam if you are fine. I hope so!
You can not require the user to download additional software from external sources (so no ROMs for emulators, or games for Roblox. If your game requires additional files (like DLLs) they should be included in the download and not require separate installation).
Not sure if Scratch falls under the same category/case as Roblox for this rule…
