The dashes were definitely interesting and fun, although I felt like I was usually dreading getting any of the ones that "undid" you dash. I think that if those ones (like 2 and 4) were adjusted so that they turned sooner and you could better use them by simply pointing them in the reverse direction than where you wanted to go, then they would have felt a lot better and made the pacing of the platforming feel better overall. That being said, it was a fun game!

^ I felt the same way. Just give me 3s, 1s, and 5s all day. Even if the time to release was shorter so the game was more about reacting to the dash you got rather than just hoping you don't get 2/4/6 again.
The aesthetics were nice as well - especially those dash lines. I would suggest making the platforms darker - it took me a little bit to realise there was a second platform on Stage 1 (where the tutorial text is) as I thought it was just a single platform practice level for a bit.
