Really loved the tutorial, but had problems with puzzles. Puzzle 4 was my first stumbling block - I made a 1-1 pair, but it didn't count. I revisited the tutorial and saw "Remember the top face is the minimum amount of dice required to create a chain" - well, 1<2, why doesn't it pair? In general, this rule might add some nuance to the game, but I wish it was better telegraphed - for example, remind the player about it when they make a 5-5 pair, the yellow dice doesn't really do it for me. The 3-star system is devilishly genius, instant anxiety and a need to replay the level. Also, this jam in general has a lot of problems with only 1 or 2 sides of a die visible at the same time - good job on making it 3! But still, having to remember the layout of the 3 invisible sides can be painful. Overall, good job, and I really loved the presentation!

That's a really valid point - I'll be sure to add a line into the tutorial about 1s not being able to be cleared!

The Yellow Dice was really just to illustrate the current connection, showing its an invalid connection I suppose is a side effect of that.

I'm glad you liked the three star system, I hope it gave a great deal of satisfaction when you finally rolled the three star!

A little tip that might help any future attempts: if you can see three sides of the Dice, you know all the others. Opposites sides of the D6 always add up to 7 :)

Thanks for checking the game out!
