Well presented straightforward puzzle. I like that you opted to use a D12 as that added a nice movement pattern. Personally, I didn't really see the need for the random face, there weren't really any scenarios where I couldn't get the face that I required.

There are a few similar games to this one in the jam, but it's a nice twist to have the top face need to be bigger than and not just match. My biggest issue was that the dice were irregular, which made the movement a little more complicated (to clarify this, opposite faces on a regular dice round would add up to 7)
I thought I'd come across every variation of rolling dice onto a number - but then I came across trying to roll the dice onto the wall, and found it to be a very welcome twist on the format. The art style provides a very relaxed experience. The camera view allowing the player to see 3 sides of the dice, and therefore know all 6 sides of the dice, is something a lot of people seem to overlook, and I think it works really well!
That's a really valid point - I'll be sure to add a line into the tutorial about 1s not being able to be cleared!
The Yellow Dice was really just to illustrate the current connection, showing its an invalid connection I suppose is a side effect of that.
I'm glad you liked the three star system, I hope it gave a great deal of satisfaction when you finally rolled the three star!
A little tip that might help any future attempts: if you can see three sides of the Dice, you know all the others. Opposites sides of the D6 always add up to 7 :)
Thanks for checking the game out!
