This game is surprisingly fun! By far the best implementation of the "randomized ammo" interpretation I've seen. The fact that the grenades hurt you means you have to keep moving and the health pickups mean that you have to sometimes change your focus to healing. While you can avoid damage without too much difficulty, one mistake means you're now scrambling for more health or it's game over. Also, you used my favorite Kevin McLeod song :)

I'm so glad you liked it! I kinda knew the interplay between the danger of the grenades and the scarcity of health pickups would be the best part of the game, so I put a lot of emphasis on that aspect. I'm happy to hear that the effort is paying off!
