This was a fun and fast-paced game! I'd love to be able to access the controls menu as I play, even if that means pausing the game temporarily. It would be great also to have some player feedback for hitting the enemies, other than the health bar going down.

Those are good ideas! I actually debated about making the instructions available in a pause menu, but ultimately decided against it since I felt like I needed to work on other aspects of the game first. Now that the jam is over though, I am sure I can figure that out! Also the better visual indicator of damage is a good idea. I'll try to do that! Thanks Nichola!
