Congrats on finishing your game! Nicely done.

I commend you for not using actual dice in your game. And it still fits with the randomness that the theme promotes. But you still used the theme in your game name lol

I liked the premise for your game at the start. It was amusing to try and guess which card would benefit me the most, even if some where a little unclear. In such a text heavy game, it might benefit having a proofreader to help with this text as some of them were a bit unclear. I think the game just dragged on a bit too long. A lot of the choices felt like repeats, or had too little impact. I had nearly max stats by around age 25. I decided to just spam click the left most card and made it all the way to age 60. Being able to double my click counts without actually being strategic just reinforced that there isn't a whole lot of variety or high impact cards. In a system like this, I think you may just have needed more time. More than 48 hours unfortunately. Being able to only provide cards with applicable effects to your age range, for example. I was offered "you are a marine biologist" at age 14 which was amusing.

Still, you made a cool thing. And your art was a little unsettling, but that was a great fit for the game.

Overall, well done. Keep making games!

Thanks for playing! You're correct that I was just running out of time writing up the cards, and if I had developed it further, splitting them out by age would have been a thing. You are kinda hitting on the point though, that the unclear results were part of the game - someone once said, life is like a box of chocolates. And then he jumped off a boat, I think.
