Really impressive that you managed to do all of this alone in such a short time :o

I love the idea of your game but I feel like it works more on paper than in game. Not having control of your shots doesn't feel great. Here are some things you could do that I feel would help the game feel:

  • Keep only half the bars available to the player, so they can make patterns that will be played more often
  • Display what the faces do: I think you have enough space in the bottom left corner to list the faces, with one or two words to describe what they do (dash, double shot, heavy bullet, etc.), or you could just replace the numbered faces with icons of the skill
  • Make the character shoot automatically from the moment the first enemy appear to the moment the last one dies, there is no reason to stop shooting and having to hold the button make the player's hand cramp (and the game more difficult to be played for some players with disabilities)
  • Maybe the dash should not be tied to a die but always available as a second action (right click to dash?) At the moment the dash feels more like an hindrance, and many times I rolled into enemies because of it. Also, it would give players something to do while waiting for the right shot to come

To finish on a good note (pun intended), the songs are all great and the main character looks really good. As I said, impressive!
