You can skip repeated dialogue by tapping "TAB" on your keyboard (or holding down CTRL although I don't recommend that option as it glitches out for some people). If you're on a phone then tapping the "skip" button in the quick menu on the bottom of the screen will do the same thing.
Maybe try using HIDDEN VOICES on the quiet girl for a hint as to what her weird-lettered name could be... ;)
