Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm glad you found the game relatable!
It's funny you say that about There Is No Game, because I actually didn't have it in mind while I was working on this, but then late Sunday afternoon I suddenly thought to myself, "Oh no, is this the exact same thing as There Is No Game???" (I hadn't played There Is No Game since the original version first came out years ago, so I couldn't remember exactly what it was like, but I figured it wasn't worth wasting any time during the jam to go back and compare it against my game, so I just kept going and hoped that I wasn't subconsciously plagiarizing it lol.) I appreciate the kind words about the plot!
That's crazy that you've only got a month of experience with Godot; your game was so good! And haha, a lot of the games that I've played so far were made in Unity, but I feel like it's easier to tell when a game is made in Unity because (unless I'm mistaken) it has to have the "Made in Unity" splash screen at the beginning, which Godot does not. And I've never heard of LMMS (I only heard of Bosca Ceoil on Sunday morning when I Googled "good software for making video game music", haha), but I'll have to check it out! Thanks for the suggestion (and for complimenting the music)! :)
