When you dance on the dance floor, it plays a very glitchy sound, probably because the background music and the dance floor music are trying to play at the same time and are interrupting each other.
Yes, I have experienced this on v0.47 windows paid/downloaded, sound is like a static popping. The dance music sounds fine when other citizens are dancing, however.
