Hey, thanks for playing my game! I appreciate the feedback - the last few jams I've done I've made the game too hard, so I tried to go the other way and make the first level very easy, but maybe I went to far (or maybe it should have just be shorter idk)

I'm not too experienced with game design but I think having a easy and maybe boring early is not nearly a bad thing as it helps player get used to the main mechanics while having a hard and complex early game can make players confused and turned away from the game.  For this game particularly I think slightly shorter levels could be a good idea because after you find a pattern to keep the clocks winded it does get repetitive.
