It seems to be a very solid breakout game. The controls feel smooth and fine. Adding a twist where there's a multiplier is good as well. It would be better if you add some sound effects.
The only thing I want to complain is the puck. Because the speed is constant, the game doesn't feel fun when the y-velocity is small. I played the game and the puck had an angle movement of close to 180 degrees. It was annoying and I didn't have the patience to wait until it reaches the block.
