I had 30 seconds to upload left so I had to put "Yes" to meet the deadline.
What did I learn?
1. First thing I did was to set up the submission page, just the basics. It ultimately let me upload on time.
2. I made an inheritable "Scene" for all my scenes with basic functions like what music to play as well as some signals to trigger sounds and a transition to the next scene. It made hooking up new scenes really simple.
3. I used the time on the computer to set the time of day in the game.
4. Look into exporting earlier than you think. I could only manage an HTML export because I had to configure stuff for Windows and Mac so I left them aside
5. Procrastinating during the week is a content killer but I managed to ship the bare minimum required to play the game.
Overall, happy that I finished and can later add more content, though if history repeats, maybe I won't. Jam games are fun to make but hard to keep on updating due to noone caring after the rating phase
