not all of them have portraits (just bodies) also they may not load properly, if they don't resave them in some image editor (eg. gimp)
those could be used to add custom characters (with questlines and stuff), i can help with code part if someone is interested

Well for portrait as long as the body is here it's nothing that can't be solved =)
Damn i would love to know a litle about create questline but just a json files take me a full hour to start to understand how it work while watching a tutorial so i wouldnt want to make you lose a decade for explain me how to do so, even if damn i would love to be abble to.
