Thank you, and we do agree with you - an opening cutscene would have definitely helped contextualize the events happening in the game. However, we decided to focus on our main objective (creating a simple game that uniquely fits the theme of the jam) and add those details later, after the end of the jam, when we will be continuing our work on War Piece.
