Thanks for playing and the detailed feedback! I agree with everything you said, especially the text issues. The game does support gamepad, so take that for what you will!
I'm going to have to try it again, because I had my xbox controller beside me and tried it when I played and nothing was happening. I might try a different gamepad and see if it detects it.
It definately works with xbox controllers as I tested the game with one. It uses the d-pad rather that the joysticks so if you used the joysticks it wouldn't have worked.
