I skimmed the rules but mostly tried to figure out through playing the game. Maybe some kind of visual icon indicators, arrows up or down to tell if someone is getting at the job or getting worst would help.
Thanks a lot for your feedback, yeah, it is indeed very hard to figure out through playing, I would make a tutorial but I didn't have enough time.
