A meta story suitable as a quirky deviation from the "common" type of stories. If developed more and expanded, it could make for a good hook for someone to look up OPR.
That's a very interesting comment, definitely newcomer introductions can take many forms (one of the things I liked about the old DnD B/X rulebooks was this story-based approach for new players for rules/campaign context).
