NSFW content is hidden by default. The only exception to this is if you publish a game that is NSFW. If you publish a page that is tagged with an NSFW tag then you will have NSFW content always show. This is done to prevent people from being confused about why the page they have created is not appearing.

The other potential exception to this is that the developer has not correctly tagged their page as NSFW. In this case though, I can confirm that the page you highlighted is tagged as NSFW. Please use the report link on the bottom of the page to report it to our team.

There is more exceptions. Maybe a bug.

If you are logged out or have setting to not show  adult content in browse and you go to browse and select certain tags, like Erotic, the setting is ignored.

But tag Erotic does say

Erotic

Usually containing sexual themes, content or more. Not safe for work most of the time.

So, how to browse for the sfw Erotic while not seeing marked as adult content?  I say this is a bug, but I mailed this    to support in April already.
