The game description uses second-person pronouns, "you", as does the in-game narration. The game's setting is approximately late medieval, and other characters will use "he/him" for a male dragon.
But the term "their" and the "they/them" pronouns are a standard part of the English language that are supposed to be neutral and applicable to everybody! This is just starting to get silly.
