If there would be camera shake when you hit an enemy, the whole screen would be constantly shaking, since you shoot very fast. I don't think that would be good. And also there are no sound effects when you shoot, because you are constantly shooting, and later shooting extremely quickly, it would completely ruin the music, and it would be some constant annoying noise.
