I had a similar feeling that she might have some sorta connection to Dante, though her being related to him is a stretch unless the MC's father didn't tell him anything about a 2nd Child, or maybe it was his Late mother's Child with someone else before she died, not too sure.

Kinda, yes. He can imprint a long term command to you. So if he met you in person he could control you over the phone or online or anything, because when you meet him he could just command you to do everything he tells you to.
If he does that, he won't need to use his power on you to issue further commands, he just needs to give you commands normally and the long term domination will make you follow those orders.
This is shown (spoilers!) in the fight against Jake when it's revealed that's what he did with the guards. The guards are just following one single simple superpowered command to follow all his further commands. This is why the MC can command them without even having Jake's power, by taking Jake's form.
I totally forgot about that, but this also reminds me (Spoilers) after the fight if you decided to kill Jake and have the dream about his monster do you guys think the MC might have just taken his power, I mean if you let him live he will go far away but I have a feeling we might see him again in the final battle or something were he will help you with his power , but if you killed him then you might be the one to use the power
