Nothing yet. I've spent the last few days working on a new workflow so that I can focus (my ideas are all over the place). I think I'm going to put the platformer elements on the backburner for now, and focus on the interactions with the girl. I'm also going to focus on smaller, complete games, instead of perpetually in development ones. So, in other words, you meet this girl, and the game ends when you unlock a handful of interactions with her.
I really want an RPG type element to it. You choose to thrust, it runs some variables, she reacts, changes some variables, then that affects what happens the next time you thrust. You level up, now you have a skill that lets you grab her tits, etc.
