I had one major problem: The 2nd level requires finding an invisible hole in the wall to progress. No clues, no hints, no indicators, nothing. I wandered around the entire level looking for the path forward, but I had to find the entrance by chance. This is something that should be relegated to secrets, glitches, easter eggs, and other elements that are non-critical to completion of a game.
