Are you able to open developer tools or is that greyed out as well?

You can find it at the three dots -> more tools -> Developer tools

Click the arrows to list more tabs:

And then select 'console':

Then the console should look something like this

But I'm guessing in your case there will be a bunch more errors.

Before playing

During play:

I had to zoom out just to take a screenshot of all the errors

Could it be that your disk is full?

If not you might have some luck clearing your browser cookies from narrow.one

My C: drive has 15.6 gigabytes available still.

Are you also having this problem when playing on https://narrow.one/ ? or only when playing on itch.io?

Maybe... I think that site is blocked for me though
