I love the ambient sounds. Wish there were more, but pretty nice!
I also like the small lore you created! Small brain damage shouldn't be a problem if you're immortal! :D
For the zombie, I'd reccommend to add footsteps to him, and to tweak the running animation so it matches the speed of the zombie. That'd make it look MUCH better!
