Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. There is indeed one very difficult jump. I’m attaching a picture of a spot where I was able to do the jump. You have to be running. Do not perform the jump from still position. I hope it’s the spot where you have the difficulties and you will be able to make it! If not, no worries, we are working on our first patch to improve the jump feeling and player collisions.
