You could join the discord and ask for help from the people running the jam. But you're kinda stuck at this point.
Typicly its not allowed to update your game after the jam is finished, even for bug fixes. And i would suggest never deleting files form the itch page. In the project settings there is a check box to hide certain files if you dont want people to have access to them.
I'm sorry this happened to you. Hopefuly the jam runners will let you re-upload your original file.
