And that was intentional on our part, don't worry! The game intentionally breaks itself once you have gotten all the ending/death since it means you've already explored and seen every content in the game. It shuts down everything else and "rewards" you by giving you an "exit" for finding everything but in reality, it's a never-ending loop of walking down the staircase forever hoping you're going to reach the bottom someday, any day, and it never comes. The game is now just going to be constantly stuck in that cutscene so the final "ending" is impossible to get, and the only way to unbreak the game is to delete everything and redownload to start all over again- so the entire game is its own loop.
