Pretty much, yeah. I know how to write code in Java and know my way around Android Studio. Do you have the official source code of the game? Can't do much without that as I'm not fluent on reverse engineering

I am not the right person to mod, but I can suggest you search for Android Game Modders. Those people can make Old Android 4.4 games compatible on Modern Android 10-12 through modding.

I would say contact TECH J5 for that. If he cant help, atleast ask him to suggest someone who can do so
