i have a good pc and that stuff turns my pc into a slide show. even having shadows on low setting caused my game to have bad visuals.
Try running the game with the directx 12 shortcut in the directory.
i tried a lot of setting and checked my own pc. when i did x12 the game only got slightly better. the shadows are still causing an issue.
They will be baked in and made static next patch. They are dynamic atm which will cause the spike in resources.
