Did you log in to R18 before getting the cookies.txt? Otherwise it won't work.
Also, none of your other files show the file extension. It looks like your file is actually cookies.txt.txt instead of cookies.txt.
Yep, this is correct. Unless you disable `hide file extensions for known file types` or something to that effect you'll not see the real file extension. Good catch!
