It's called Netorare. Basically, a Japanese fetish for cheating or sleeping with someone else. In context of games like this, you basically watch the women have sex with other men, instead of your character.
I don't think this is gonna go with NTR. And, if it did, they'd be smart to warn us. Or make it optional.
