That’s the loading screen which loads the resources, you might have to wait a bit for it.

If after a few minutes is still doesn’t load, try launching while having your internet connected (or disconnected).

Turning on/off the internet doesn't work, and I also tried restarting my pc. Waiting also does nothing, and the circle in the middle isn't moving.

Are you using the latest available build? Do you have latest drivers of your video card installed? Have un unzipped the game before launching it?

For the record, update 0.3.6 didn't fix this issue.

Since we cannot reproduce this issue on our side, we will need some more info about your environment so we can troubleshoot this issue

It seems that pressing "Run as administrator" makes the game run normally. I'm not sure why that's necessary, but since it works, I guess I owe you guys an apology for the inconvenience.
