My point still stands about people equalizing anime characters to real life children are cringe.
You calling people "child diddlers" for liking a certain fictional characters is the same as the people calling people "psychopath/upcoming school shooter" for liking killing people in GTA V, Hitman 3 etc.
Well, this was before I learned about what, quote-on-quote, lolis actually were. I thought they were characters that are literally underage at the time of the comment I posted that - but now I know that it mostly means someone with a petite bodytype and (sometimes) being energetic like that of a child. I still don't like it when people go after the ones that look waaaaaayyyyy too young to even be considered okay (I'm talking about the extremely short ones that look almost like they should be elementary school or something)
They're not my cup-of-tea though. Plus, the guy I was commenting on in the comment sounded as though there was lewd content pertaining to the characters when they were underage and they were wondering if it was coming back. It just sounded sus to me
