I like the art and gameplay but i think you should decrease the spawn-rate of enemies because this happened multiple times.
I would get stuck and when i got out there would be a horde of enemies cahsing me.
The sounds hurt my ears! If the enemy-killing sounds plays at the same time as the shooting sound it makes a really loud high-pitched blip so yeah maybe fix that.
